General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If we have to cancel/amend the event your booking will automatically be transferred to the new event .
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We have the right to refuse to entry to anyone or ask you to leave with no reason.
We have the right to ask you to leave the event, without a refund if you have booked a preloved stall but are operating as a business.
We cannot accept any responsibility for or guarantee the number of visitors to an Event.
All Business stalls must have full Public Liability Insurance. Proof of certificate must be given upon request from the Organiser. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the safety of any property owned by or brought into the Event by the stallholder.
